Each product has its own page that includes pictures, explanations of the features and benefits, colour samples, options, technical specifications, and care and maintenance. Enjoy your tour through all the products we offer.

If you want to get an idea how our products compare by price, click the Get a Quote button at the top of the screen at any time during your visit to our site. When you enter a width and height for your window you will get a starting price for all the products we carry so you can see which products fit your needs and your budget.

Once you have decided which window covering will best suit your needs, and you are ready to order, you can send us your order four ways: 1. Secure Online Order System 2. Phone 3. Fax 4. Mail

1. Secure Online Order System
The easiest and fastest way to process your order is by using our secure online order system. To start the process, click the Ready to Order button at the top of the screen or a Buy Now button on one of the pages.

During our ordering process, you will be building a custom blind for your window. Here is some helpful information that will explain how the steps in the process work together to help you create the perfect blind for your window.

We have made it easy for you to build your custom blind by adding a recorder called Your Custom Blind. It will keep track of all the choices you make while you put each blind together. You can use it to go back and change your selections simply by clicking on a selection in the recorder. After you make the change, Your Custom Blind will recalculate the total price for the blind based on the change you made. Once you have made all your selections for that blind, you can add it to your shopping cart and start to build another blind.

There are seven steps to build your custom blind:

Step 3: Select the colour of your blind

Step 4: Select the size of your blind

Step 5: Would you like to add options to your blind?

Step 6: Do you need any special installation hardware?

Step 7: Add this blind to your shopping cart?

Step 1: Choose a category of blinds
All the categories will be displayed for you to make a choice. Simply click on the button next to the category you are interested in and then click the next button at the bottom of the Screen or on Your Custom Blind.

Step 2: Choose a specific style of blind
All the blinds in the category you chose will be displayed. Simply click on the button next to the product you would like to order and then click the next button.

Step 3: Select the colour of your blind
The colour samples will be displayed for the type of blind you have selected. To make a choice, simply click the button below the colour you want and click the next button.

If the window covering you have chosen is fabric, you will see a list of the fabric pattern choices available along with a short description of the fabric. To see the colours available in a particular fabric pattern, click on the button next to the fabric pattern name, and the colours will appear. To view a larger version of the sample, click on the sample image. To select a colour, simply click on the button below the colour you want and click the next button.

Step 4: Select the size of your blind
Enter the width and height of your window to the nearest 1/8" by using the drop down menu boxes. If you need help measuring your windows, click on the How to Measure icon to get to the measuring guide. When you return to the order process, Your Custom Blind will remember the information you have entered to this point.

Next, select whether you want to mount the blind on the inside or the outside of the window frame. This information will tell the manufacturers whether or not they have to make deductions for the hardware to fit inside your window frame.

For some window coverings, there are choices for wand or cord tilt and the location of the lift and tilt controls. If these apply to the blind you are ordering, they will appear on this screen.

Once you have made your selections, click the next button to continue.

Step 5: Would you like to add options to your blind?
This step outlines the options that are available for the window covering that you are ordering. There is a brief description beside the option to explain what it is. You can choose an option by clicking on the Yes button. Your Custom Blind will add the price for each option you select to the total price for the blind you are building. Once you have made your selections, click on the next button to continue.

Step 6: Do you need any special installation hardware?
If you need extension brackets, spacer blocks or hold down brackets, click the Yes button next to the hardware that you need. Once you have made your selections, click the next button to continue.

Step 7: Add this blind to your shopping cart?
Congratulations!! You have built a custom window blind that will fit your needs and your window perfectly. To add this blind to your shopping cart, click the Add to Shopping Cart button.

If you would like to make some changes to this blind, click on the selection in Your Custom Blind that you would like to change and you will be brought back to that step. Once you make your changes, Your Custom Blind will update and recalculate the total price for the blind.

Once you add a blind to your shopping cart, you cannot go back and make individual changes to a blind. Instead, you will have to remove the blind from your shopping cart by changing the quantity to zero and clicking on the Update Order button.

2. Placing an order by telephone Print and complete our order form and then phone us at 1-877-861-5023 (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST) with your order details. Remember to include all the billing, shipping, product, and payment information so that your order can be processed.
